How to Register!

Thank you for registering for Trojan Dance Marathon! Together, we are fighting for the children in our community who, despite the emotional and physical struggles of diminishing health, embrace unparalleled strength, compassion and faith.

How to register as a dancer for Dance Marathon 2012: 

• Visit our Donor Drive page.
• Click “Register Now”
• Select “Dancer” for Participant Type and enter a fundraising goal.
• At this time, you can join a pre-existing team or create your own.

How to access/edit your fundraising page: 

• Log in with the user name and password you selected when registering.
• Your “My Events” page should appear.
• Click on “Edit Fundraising Page.”
• Here, you can personalize your “URL Alias” which looks like this:  http://www.helpmakemiracles.org/participant/YOUR-NAME

PERSONALIZE YOUR DONOR DRIVE PAGE

Add a profile picture:

It is recommended you add your profile picture so donors know they are donating to the right person.

•  This is done on the “Edit Fundraising Page”
•  Click on the “Choose File” button and find a picture on your computer that you would like to use as your profile picture.
•  Click on the picture you would like to use and click “Open.”
•  Select “Upload.”

Add your story:

Use the “Personal Message” box of your Donor Drive page to share your story with potential donors.

•  In the text box that appears below add your own story or anything you would like .
• Great stories are personal, show how important this cause is to you, and invite audiences to help you reach your donation goal.

YouTube Video/Flickr Gallery:

• In the text box that appears below your personal message you are able to add videos.
• If you find a Youtube video you like, click on the “Embed” button under the video and paste the code in this box.
